Miss Paws offers a 100% money back guarantee in the event that you return back to your home and are dissatisfied with either the service or the state in which you find your belongings. Miss Paws is 100% committed to providing the most professional pet sitting services in South Africa and have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to unsatisfactory service.
A written agreement between Miss Paws, the pet sitter, and the pet owner is signed before any service occurs. This agreement serves to highlight the engagement and professionalism we expect our pet sitters to uphold and, but not limited to, stating that no pet sitter will be paid until a service has been reported satisfactory.
A FREE pre-service meeting is arranged before any service is commences. This is to allow the pet owner to meet the proposed pet sitter before hand and allow the pet owners to comfortable introduce the pet sitter to the pets and facilitate key collection.
If you are unsatisfied with the pet sitter following the pre-service meeting, Miss Paws commits to finding you a replacement asap and, if we are unable to, to refund you 100% of your deposit.
Before becoming a Miss Paws pet sitter, all prospective pet sitters have to fill out a profiling questionnaire. After approval of their questionnaire, they are required to submit their ID documents, proof of address and a Police Clearance Certificate. An interview with a Miss Paws representative is conducted and only after a successful interview will an applicant be considered a Miss Paws pet sitter.
At the end of each service, a Miss Paws representative will contact you and ask for a review of the service you received. At Miss Paws, we have a zero tolerance for unsatisfactory service and not only will you receive 100% money back if you experienced an unacceptable service, but the pet sitter will no longer fall under the Miss Paws brand.

As with all services where you allow a stranger into your home, certain risks will always be present and can never be completely mitigated and prevented. Any person that chooses to make use of the Miss Paws service does so at their own risk as stipulated in the Service Agreement.
